He currently heads the digital marketing activities of LuLu Group International, one of the largest retail and e-commerce operators in the Middle East and Asia, with 250 offline stores and online platforms.
As a dynamic and diverse team leader, he is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and efforts to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue generation, including search, display, social media, email, and content marketing. He also manages all web and App marketing efforts and optimizes quality lead conversions from all sources while creating and monitoring budgets and controlling costs. Additionally, he has spearheaded and championed digital transformation and loyalty initiatives, leveraging MarTech tools and data analytics to enhance customer experience and retention.
